All original material, pictures, videos, clips, of any format found on this website are the the sole property of the band Worx.  All copyrights on all music through the U.S. Library of Congress.

Any rights, implied or otherwise, are reserved.

Contract Obligations:

All performances are under the usual stipulations except where in a particular stipulation may need to be amended or changed due to special circumstances between the parties and or type of venue.  Each performance is evidenced by e-mail and requirements to perform will vary from venue to venue.  Variables such as "Acts of God", ie; severe weather conditions or threat thereof are included.  Any damages incurred during setup, performance, or load out are the sole responsibility of the venue and it's owners and operators.

Terms:

  Terms set forth in any performance contract are agreed upon between the parties.  Again, any special arrangements are discussed and agreed upon between the parties.  This includes compensation matters as well.  Worx reserves the right to sell its merchandise at any performance.

Stipulations & Disclaimers:

The band Worx, its managers, associates, or any other person(s)or entity(ies) acting on or for the benefit of Worx are professionals and conduct any and all business dealings above board.  We expect nothing less from those who wish to employ our service. 

The band name "Worx" was conceived of in 1981 and published in 1982 and is established under common law. 

 There are several bands ranging from Virginia to Georgia to Texas with very similar names, usually preceeded by "the" .  These "the" bands are mainly just cover bands and should in no way be construed to be the band Worx.
